Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-2] business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

If you have subscribed to any of our book subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the billing cycle.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

IPHBooks is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

IPHBooks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is missing or lost, please contact us at info@iphbooks.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the carrier confirms delivery.
