Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Physical Books: Orders for physical books can be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact our Customer Service team at info@iphbooks.com with your order number as soon as possible.

  Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy.

• Digital Books (eBooks, PDFs): Due to the nature of digital content, orders for digital books cannot be canceled once they have been processed and the download link has been sent. All sales of digital books are final.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to any of our book subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any remaining days in the billing cycle.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders for upcoming releases can be canceled at any time before the release date. To cancel a pre-order, please contact our Customer Service team with your order details.
