Green books is a publishing  Company founded by the expatriate community of Malayalees,  residing  in the gulf countries. The Company was founded in 2001 by late Shri. R Valsan( Krishnadas) who was a journalist  writer and cultural activist. The first chairman of green books was late Shri CG Santha Kumar, who was a founder member of Kerala Sastra Sahitya Parishath and author of several science & oriental books. Upon his demise in 2007 Shri.K V Vasudevan was elected as chairman of the company, who is a promoter of social and cultural values while being a reputed entrepreneur in the UAE.
